Bridge Every Friday - 7.15pm Starting time is 7.15pm. We play a full duplicate and aim to finish no later than 10.40pm. Players play as pairs. Come with a partner if you have one, but this is not neccessary and our hosting arrangement guarantees that partners will be available for single players. Results Supervised
Practice for Newcomers and Refreshers Suitable for novices, recent graduates from lessons, refreshers and anyone who enjoys social bridge. New players always welcome its a friendly group, ideal for gaining experience at the bridge table! The Bridge Host/Tutor is Kit Jackson. Expert advice is available from Kit as needed. Come any time from 7.15pm onwards (late arrivals welcome); no partner required you will play with and against different players. We play in the basement bar. Play continues until about 10.00pm but leave when you wish to/have to. Bridge fee £6.00. Please do not consume any food or drink (including bottled water) not bought at the pub.
